Born and raised in London, Misha helps startups transform how they build new businesses. He advises entrepreneurs, investors, and leading design firms to identify unique growth opportunities through research and proprietary insights. Misha has a passion for mentoring founders and connecting them with the broader investment community, serving as an Expert Advisor to Insight Partners portfolio companies and a Mentor to early-stage founders at Antler and the Berkeley SkyDeck Fund.

Before starting his own practice, Misha led UXR research teams at Lyft and was responsible for generating $3.6B in revenue from over 22 million riders. He was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was one of the original leaders brought on to build McKinsey Design into a 400-person practice. At McKinsey, Misha served Fortune 100 clients on innovation topics ranging from purpose-built ridesharing vehicles to embedding capabilities in user-centered design and product development. Misha's previous experience includes leadership roles at various design agencies including LUNAR, Method, and Organic and work as an international development consultant for the World Bank.

Misha holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business, where he graduated with highest distinction, and an MA and BA in International Relations from Yale University and the University of California, Davis. Misha lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.

Outside the office, Misha cherishes his role as a dad and enjoys playing guitar, spending time outside, and exploring the intersection of business, technology, and consumer culture.
